Dont mind the uglaay photo but im so proud of myself and Verna! Competed in the Australian Culinary Federation ACT and Regional Culinary Competition! And we won Silver!!! We made Chicken involtini stuffed with bocconcini, baby spinach and roasted capsicum wrapped in pancetta, a trio of mash served with a champagne velouté, seasonal vegetables and a walnut crumb! YUMMMMMO
